The Women on the Frontlines
Texas News Anchor | Founder of SOLWIN TV
Alana De La Cruz
Alana De La Cruz is the Founder of SOLWIN TV and serves as a Texas-based anchor for SOLWIN TV News — The Good News. Her calling to the anchor desk runs deeper than journalism — it is a ministry assignment. Alana believes the news desk is a pulpit of truth, and that every story told through a lens of faith has the power to shift culture, restore hope, and remind viewers that God is still moving in the earth.
Alana's heart beats especially for women who have been silenced, overlooked, or broken by the very systems meant to protect them. She is passionate about shining a light on stories of courage, resilience, and redemption — particularly the stories of women escaping abuse. Alana calls these women "Diamond survivors" — women who, like diamonds, were formed under tremendous pressure and emerged as something rare, brilliant, and unbreakable.
Diamond Survivors
Women formed under pressure — emerging rare, brilliant, and unbreakable.
Through SOLWIN TV News, Alana is committed to giving Diamond survivors a platform — to be seen, heard, and celebrated. She also highlights women in leadership, faith-driven entrepreneurs, ministry impact, and stories of communities being transformed by the power of the Gospel. Her vision is a news channel where the most vulnerable are protected, the most courageous are honored, and the Good News is never buried beneath the noise.
New York News Reporter
Jennie Bravata
Representing one of the most influential media markets in the world, Jennie serves as SOLWIN TV News' New York News Reporter. From cultural stories and street interviews to women-centered features, leadership conversations, community stories, ministry impact, and compelling interviews, Jennie helps bring the voices and stories of the New York region to the SOLWIN audience.
Jennie brings a unique combination of journalistic instinct and genuine compassion to every story she covers. She is drawn to the stories that live beneath the surface — the women navigating impossible circumstances with quiet strength, the faith communities quietly transforming neighborhoods, and the leaders whose work rarely makes the evening news but whose impact is undeniable.
Rooted in her own faith, Jennie approaches every interview and every assignment as an opportunity to reflect the light. She believes New York — often seen as the center of noise and ambition — is also full of extraordinary grace, and she is committed to making sure those stories reach the SOLWIN audience.
Tampa Bay News Reporter
Michele Snyder
Michele serves as SOLWIN TV News' Tampa Bay News Reporter, covering stories throughout the Tampa Bay region and beyond. Her reporting may include community stories, ministry impact, women leaders, business spotlights, interviews, human-interest stories, and stories of hope emerging throughout Florida.
Michele has a gift for finding the extraordinary within the ordinary — the neighbor quietly feeding her community, the pastor rebuilding lives one conversation at a time, the entrepreneur who turned a season of loss into a legacy of purpose. She believes every person carries a story worth telling, and she approaches every assignment with the patience and care to draw it out.
Grounded in faith and driven by compassion, Michele sees Tampa Bay not just as a media market but as a mission field. She is committed to reporting stories that remind her audience that God is still at work in the lives of everyday people — and that hope is never far from where the camera is pointed.
